GoogleAppalling letting agents. So many issues, but the top ones being. 1) response times are often non existent and only communicate when repeatedly chased 2) we were hit with an additional monthly charge on the day we were due to move in, which we weren’t notified of and at that point we had no choice but to absorb 3) very poor inventory check of our property, loads of issues missed and still not addressed 4) did no check of the keys on handover and had only one front door key for a 4 bed house and told us we have to cut own own. Shocking on all levels, would never recommend.
