Tom Chiverton has been friendly and professional, organised a viewing at short notice, processed our application really quickly and has been super supportive along the way. GoogleRecently enquired with Leaders about a couple properties. As currently live in a lovely home in Hampshire but ideally need to be closer to my work in Chichester. I can honestly say Amy the new member of the team has been great. Leaders answer the phone quickly and your enquiries online. Great to meet Amy the other day when I viewed a property. Very friendly. Also would like to say thank you to Tom who helps me when I’m a bit lost looking for the properties! And my sat nav fails me. Also Annie who is also so helpful and friendly. A great team. GoogleThe are the most terrible set of people on the planet, racist. Just because I'm an international student they are taking advantage of me. Forcing me to even pay an extra month. And they have the most expensive bill I have heard of it the UK

GoogleExcellent Letting and Management Support from Carol, Highly Recommended! Carol has been incredibly professional, helpful and understanding throughout our tenancy. What I particularly appreciate is that she genuinely takes the time to understand the needs, concerns and requirements of both landlords and tenants and always does her best to find a practical and fair solution. She handles matters with great patience and professionalism, while always balancing the needs of everyone involved with the company’s policies and procedures. On many occasions, she has gone above and beyond what we expected to help and support us. Her communication is excellent, and she is approachable, respectful and understanding, which makes a real difference when dealing with tenancy matters that can sometimes be stressful. We are very grateful for all her help and support and would have no hesitation in recommending Carol to both landlords and tenants. GoogleRecently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. GoogleI’m having a really positive experience dealing with Lily and Macy. They are a great team, very proactive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. They understood what I was looking for and arranged a viewing of a great place, which was a very good match for me. We haven’t completed the deal yet, but I’m very hopeful and really appreciate all their effort so far. Really happy with their support and the way they are handling everything. Highly recommended.
