GoogleI was evicted from my home of 18years by a nasty Landlord who used Leaders in order to serve me a section21 before its abolishment. I just thought I must leave a message to praise Miss Lauren Nield. She has been with me from the beginning and helped me out immensely. Truly a very bright, professional and friendly young lady. GoogleI’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money. They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default. I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me. I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again. I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful. PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

GoogleLeaders Chichester sends a letter claiming my house is on the Market from a Max Rogers, which it is not, offering there services, best advise is, if they can not get this right how are they going to get right anything else, avoid.
