GoogleThe service was absolutely appalling, especially from Julia. While she initially pretended to be helpful, her complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic competence turned our moving process into a nightmare. She was very rude on the phone and did not apologise once for delaying our move-in day multiple times. After moving in and paying rent on time, our landlord received letters claiming we hadn’t paid, only for it to be revealed that the fault was entirely on Leader's side. This wasn’t a one-off; these kinds of careless, avoidable mistakes were constant, and Julia’s response was to deflect blame onto us rather than owning up to her incompetence. She didn't even bother to contact us to check if we had paid rent or not?! Letting agencies are meant to support tenants and streamline the letting process, but this agency and Julia in particular did the exact opposite. If you enjoy stress, frustration, and dealing with people who have no idea what they’re doing, this is the agency for you. Julia failed spectacularly at even the basics.

GoogleLeaders did a great job of handling the sale of my property when I was not in the locality. Keyan kicked things off with the advertising, and found me a solicitor who was both highly efficient and helpful with any queries. Steve took the trouble to find exactly the right buyer, provided updates on the property throughout the process and even managed to keep me smiling. And Hannah liaised with all the other agents, using an email list as we approached exchange, keeping me in the loop with what was a challenging chain. A huge thank you to the team.
