Wanted to share our rental with Leaders, firstly set up was pretty straightforward and provided us with a lot of detail, was an easy move in the end, however things started to go a bit downhill with them 3-4 months into the move, we couldn't really get a reply for maintenance issues for a while, Once we had a maintenance issue which was not fixed at all even though we had tried to get in contact numerous times with them,
Finally we had to leave our flat within a month or 2 of being told that our tenancy was ending, we haven't had any contact with them at all about the moving out process and it has felt like we have been left to fight on our own for this whole time,
Would recommend but be wary that they do only care for the landlords and that the tenants are left to fight for themselves
