GoogleIt’s awful. Our fridge broke down, and we reported it to the property manager by email, then followed up with several calls - all of which were ignored. After a week, they finally arranged for an engineer to visit, who simply confirmed that the fridge needs to be replaced. It’s now been 14 days, and we still don’t have a working fridge. Completely unacceptable service and lack of communication.

He calls before arrival which we appreciate, and when attending, he makes conversation which makes the visit feel less formal and like a 'tick box exercise' - although I know he is there to get this done too. Andrew is attentive to any concerns we have and will ask how things are going, including our children and their progress as he has seen them grow over the past few years.
