GoogleMy boyfriend and I were really pleased with Leaders. After having issues with some other agencies we were really surprised about their service and attitude toward their customers. The agent (Selwyn) was happy to help at any time; he was extremely polite, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them!

GoogleMy boyfriend and I decided to move in together and registered with Leaders. Right from the start, they were very much on the ball and sent us several flats that were of interest to us, one of which we've now moved into. From start to finish they've been nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleLeaders was an excellent help in my - last minute - flat searching process. They informed me constantly about everything, and they were very helpful and responsive. Also, since I moved in I had few issues to be solved in the flat. Leaders was always very quick and helpful, I really appreciate their help. I definitely recommend them, 5 stars excellence. GoogleWe were told it would be difficult finding a flat to fit our needs within a short time frame. Within two weeks of viewing the flat we liked, we moved in and are extremely happy with the service. My assigned agent, Kay, was so helpful and replied to my queries right away, she even gave advice on where to put my son in school.

GoogleGenerally everyone is very helpful especially when the previous tenant went to arbitration over deposit held back against professional cleaning. Lisa, Regan and the manager at the Croydon office were really helpful in explaining the procedures and assuring me that they will assist to present the landlord's case. Subsequently the case was settled before it went to arbitration. Thank you. On 05/23/2015 you gave us this review: 4.0 /5 Team is always friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and supportive. GoogleVery helpful, attentive and responsive service received by the staff at Leaders, especially Alistair in the Surbiton branch. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy and not a single problem encountered along the way. I have been very impressed and would recommend them to anybody that is looking for a property around Surbiton.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awful service and treatment from a company which work for LANDLORDS not TENANTS. - Repeated charges of unnecessary amounts - Ignorant behaviour of staff - Refusal to repair windows declared UNSAFE by their own contractors - Refusal to contact landlord or provide contact details - Refusal to payback entire deposit on ridiculous claims If you were to scour the internet for other review sites, you will see a huge number of similar complaints about Leaders in general. To such a degree that Leaders employees are providing fake reviews to bump up their scores (obvious when reviewing the commentors acitivities and post times) LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

GoogleUltimately, as a tenant the experience of renting through you has been largely unsatisfactory, and our experience of dealing with Leaders, particularly the Property Management team has been stressful and problematic. We've spent a lot of money through your company (rent, administrative fees) and feel the service we received has been generally poor. The experience of letting through Leaders has been stressful and ultimately disappointing.

GoogleWe have only been with you for about 4 months but so far we are happy with the service provided by Leaders. The agents have always been friendly and happy to help when we have been dealt with from them. When problems have arisen, we have spoken to our local branch, the contact from them to the landlord is usually quite swift so the problems are solved quite soon after the initial contact with leaders.

GoogleFrom a landlords point of view: Overall, a good service over the past three and a half years. It does help if a landlord has confidence in his or her managing agents. There are very occasional hic-cups in the service provided, but these are of minor importance compared with that which is carried out correctly and effectively.

GoogleNothing but praise for Leaders the entire team at leaders St Albans were really helpful from the start to finish but special mention must go to Norman Mead., who took the time to understand our requirements and looked after us from initially viewing to signing up for a tenancy with such little fuss in no time at all, just what you need during what can be a stressful experience! Special mention to Norman for being awesome! By far the best letting agency in St Albans. I have dealt with the lettings team who are all faultless in their efforts! professional, efficient and experienced lettings team, and breath of fresh air!! An excellent service all round, quick and concise. Leaders St Albans, very good from paperwork to the delivery of keys for the property. Overall an excellent experience with everyone at Leaders being a complete joy to work with. I would highly recommend LEADERS!!!

GoogleUsed leaders to rent a two bedroom flat last year, Dawn was our agent. I can honestly say that woman was uselss. she lost our first flat, even though we had put a deposit down, to another agency. so we had to settle for a different one in the same building. It has been over a year since we moved from that place and I still am having billing issues with EDF because Dawn never gave them our moving in readings, despite writting us a letter saying she had. Will never use leaders again. Horrible experience.
We are very sorry to read your comments, but feel in this instance the facts have become confused. Our negotiators do their best to hold a chosen property, but the final choice is with the owner. With regards to the property that you moved to, we act in an Introduction Only capacity for the owner. Dawn showed you the property, but, I am sure you will recall, was not present at your Check In. An Inventory Clerk was present with you, and took readings which were recorded on the Check In report that you signed and had a copy of. These readings were sent to Hallmark, our utility transfer company, on 3rd February 2014. The Landlords undertook their own check of the property at the end of the tenancy, and, as you know, you provided your own meter readings at departure. We have asked Hallmark to investigate this matter further for you and I hope a satisfactory resolution is reached

GoogleAs a landlord, I have been a customer with Dawn of Leaders for some seven years and 3 separate tenants. Dawn has always been great and has often gone 'above and beyond the call of duty'. If I wasn't 100% happy with the service, I wouldn't be using Leaders after seven years. And having read the review of Laura, I can only surmise that some people are professional complainers. That's the trouble with review sites; it's far too easy to malign people, with no possible comebacks. A friend who rents holiday homes in Greece has told me that he gets people ringing him up (not emailing, that would be evidence) and saying that unless they get a discount, they will write a bad review on Trip Advisor. Enough said.

GoogleExcellent efficient company, we put our flat up for rent with Leaders and they took care off everything always keeping us informed of any problems all the staff are very friendly, if you are looking to either put a property up for rent or looking to rent a property Leaders will give you an excellent service. The same applies if you are looking to sell or buy a property, we have put a property up for sale and as we are not local everything was done online and I could not have asked for a more friendly and efficient service. My final comment would be for all aspects of renting out your property, renting a property or buy and sell a property I would highly recommend Leaders Worthing.

GoogleTerribly rude and extremely unprofessional. When making a query about renting a very expensive property, I inquired about the basics as I had never rented before. I spoke to Dawn in the Sevenoaks branch and I simply asked for how the depository scheme worked and what ombudsman Leaders was under as I had heard horror stories previously about renting and wanted to reassure myself. Needless to say, Dawn lived up to image British letting agents have. She got very defensive about why I was asking even though I had already explained to her but she was so suspicious about me she told me to go onto their website and look there instead of politely telling me herself and then hung up. Well done on your professionalism and kindness Dawn.

GoogleI have had dealings with Dawn on many occasions and have never known her to be rude, she has always been very friendly and totally professional. I have always found her advice to be helpful and her knowledge of the local area to be valuable. I would recommend Dawn unreservedly.
