GooglePoor, rented a property, which we gave back in better condition than when we took the lease up. Check out report came back with nothing negative. Leaders Weybridge Client (Landlord), refusing to communicate and give money back or even the dispute amount. Been 6 weeks since we left the property and still don't know what we are disputing with the TDS. It is clear the landlord is not a trustworthy individual, and would advise Leaders to screen their clients better.

GoogleAston Mead/Leaders have proved to be a quality management option for our rented property. We are based overseas so it is essential that things are attended to properly and efficiently. 18 months into the rental lease and we have happy tenants and have had excellent service from AM/Leaders. The detail of the regular reports is astonishing and gives us great peace of mind that our house is being well looked after.

GoogleThey took deposit and rent from me and said the landlord no longer wants to rent the property out and refused to refund my money .. I'll be taking them to court !!

GoogleI have used Leaders Bromley for three different properties and am very pleased with their service. They are efficient, helpful, and have always found excellent tenants. I am probably a very picky landlord as I insist on meeting tenants and I have never been disappointed with the tenants introduced by Leaders. They have offered helpful advice when I was considering buying a new property. I have dealt with other agencies and I feel I have a good basis of comparsion when I say that I recommend them highly.

GoogleI have been using Leaders Bromley for years now to manage my property. I deal with them completely online. My statements arrive monthly and I get regular reports on the property, with recommendations if any remedial work is necessary. My tenants have been reliable and have stayed for long lets, by renewing their contracts. This is all overseen by Leaders, so as I get older I have no administrative worries, as I know the property is being well cared for, and is appreciating in value.

GoogleSimply rude and disrespectful. I went to see a house for rent and the teenager who showed me the house swore they were going to call me back even if the landlord was not interested in me as a tenant. Guess what? Of course they didn't call back and to see that the house has now been rented I had to check online. Is it really that difficult to call back or even spend 20 seconds to send an email? I will never use their BAD "service" again. Just disgraceful.
