I have used Leaders Bromley for three different properties and am very pleased with their service. They are efficient, helpful, and have always found excellent tenants. I am probably a very picky landlord as I insist on meeting tenants and I have never been disappointed with the tenants introduced by Leaders. I have been using Leaders Bromley for years now to manage my property. I deal with them completely online. My statements arrive monthly and I get regular reports on the property, with recommendations if any remedial work is necessary. My tenants have been reliable and have stayed for long lets, by renewing their contracts. This is all overseen by Leaders, so as I get older I have no administrative worries, as I know the property is being well cared for, and is appreciating in value.

Simply rude and disrespectful. I went to see a house for rent and the teenager who showed me the house swore they were going to call me back even if the landlord was not interested in me as a tenant. Guess what? Of course they didn't call back and to see that the house has now been rented I had to check online. Is it really that difficult to call back or even spend 20 seconds to send an email? I will never use their BAD "service" again. Just disgraceful.

Brilliant service from the dedicated team in Worthing. I am confident that the lettings team are managing my property to the best of their ability. We used a local lettings agent before Leaders and although cheaper, the standard of service was diabolical. Leaders are professional and actually care about my property, me the landlord and the tenant too. Worth the extra 1% on the monthly cost of the cheaper rival. 100% recommended.

I just bought my first flat through Leaders Forest Hill. All the staff there were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and facilitated the sale with a high level of competence and understanding. Unlike a lot of estate agents I've crossed paths with they actually did find out the answers to my questions and queries, were always reachable and followed up when they said they would. They facilitated numerous visits to the property without fuss and mediated conversations between me and the vendor expertly. They made no attempt to aggressively cross-sell financial products as I've found other agents do and listened and responded to my concerns seriously. Always ready with helpful advice at each stage of the sale; I couldn't have asked for more; a very positive experience. I would recommend them if you're buying or selling.

Please return my deposit. I moved out from the flat on Silverdale on 31st Dec. 2015. And you should return my deposit within 10 days by Teneacy Deposit Scheme. I'm so disppointed to find you are so irresponsible regrding to ending contract. I remember you guys were so friendly when I made the contract on Mach 2014. I have never delayed to pay my rent and I kept myself cooperative to you guys while I was living the flat. I really don't want waste my time to chase you for the deposit and believe that you guys have some morality just like the most ot the Britishes I have met when I was in the UK. Before moving in, we were talking with Selwyn. He was very available, very efficient, we had never seen such a good agent. We were very happy. When we moved in, we found the house in a very very dirty state. After asking for a receipt or some cleaning for 2 weeks, we found out the cleaning was made a month before we moved in. I believe any clean family cleans at least twice a month - especially when the property is big - so the state of the property was beyond any living state. We asked for proper cleaning and it was refused. We asked the manager of the agency who told us " you refused as you already had taken care of it". We hadn't yet and then asked for some proper cleaning but it was refused, we were told to leave the property as dirty as we found it. When we moved in, the fridge was not working. Our agent, Ieva, called a couple times some technicians and then gave up. By that time, they had left for some vacation. I found out by calling them myself, as Ieva wasn't doing it. When we threatened to find someone ourselves and ask her manager for reimbursement, it took her 5 minutes to find a technician. That took a whole week without a fridge. We are still waiting for feedback after the comments we made about the inventory, more than two weeks ago. We also mentioned the bathroom's fan that is not working and didn't get any answer about it. The wooden walls of the garden are falling apart and toads set up because it is humid and rotting. Again we are waiting for any reaction from the agent, nothing seems to happen. After all these issues, we thought maybe it was Ieva who was not doing her job efficiently. After emailing the manager, Graeme, it seems to be okay with this and in the same state of mind as her. We are very very disappointed. We were so happy to find some good agent and they just end up being the worst we ever had.
