She has delicately balanced the representation of both the landlord and the tenant, in order to secure the replacement of a broken integrated fridge freezer as swiftly as possible during one of the hottest periods, ensuring it was delivered, installed and the old one simultaneously removed. GoogleWould highly recommend Leaders Bromley and Beckenham branches for both sales and rentals. They are reliable, efficient and always fast to respond. Laura Massey at the Beckenham branch is particularly good and I was also impressed with the post sale team. Dr Holdridge of Beckenham.

GoogleTenant. Staff was helpful until all paperwork has been signed, money paid and keys handled. All issues later been solved, but after dozen of calls. Letting Co works in lenders favour including fees. Choose someone else if you have a chance!

GoogleSince moving into the property (3 months ago) we have had a number of issues. These issues include basic heating and the appearance of live mould in our property - Leaders have not been very proactive in helping us dealing with the issues and left us to deal directly with the developers who, really, have nothing to do with tenancy agreement we agreed. I find myself chasing Leaders property mgmt for assistance/resolution with issues with have in our property.
