I found their staff to be welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic, and most importantly they were really thorough with everything. Compared to the other estate agents I spoke to, Leaders were the least pushy and 'salesy' of the lot, and I found them to be very down-to-earth. They also sourced a tenant for me quicker than expected, so I'm really happy with the service I got.
I'm an overseas landlord so clarity and speed of communication is really important to me. My property manager Amie has been really great with keeping me up to date with things and alerting me of any issues. I couldn't ask for better service!
