Beky and the lettings team were a pleasure to deal with in securing my new property. As a tenant you want to feel like your letting agency care about you as an individual and not as just another one of hundreds of tenants on their books. Beky was very good at communicating every step of the process and ensuring I was all set to move in with no hiccups. Great service, and I recommend Leaders to anyone needing to rent a property.

Fantastic experience!! A++. From start to finish, Leaders have been excellent in every aspect of our move. My wife and I cannot praise Beky and the team for such a professional service and support throughout the process. The level of communication throughout was top notch and the online correspondence is a real time saver and professional way of completing all the relevant documentation. A special thanks to Beky was providing such a superb level of professionalism and kindness. We would recommend Leaders without hesitation.

From Elaine Down. I have let my property with Leaders Worthing for the past 13 years. I live in Spain and it can be difficult when your property is not in the country you live in. Karen has been exceptional with arranging all the documents, renewals etc and any work that is necessary. I would recommend Leaders to anyone who wants to rent their property.

Suzy is amazing - she was so professional and made the whole process quite painless! I have rented out a property before - with a different letting agents and paid more for the full management and it was nothing like the service and fabulous communication that I got from Suzy and the team at Leaders, Worthing. Suzy did her absolute best and always kept me informed - she was honest and realistic and never gave me the ‘hard sell’ - we hit it off straight away! - I would definitely go to Leaders again in the future. Thank you Suzy!

I am writing to you to express my total satisfaction with one of your team in Worthing. People tend to be very quick with complaints, but far less so in voicing their satisfaction with a job really well done. I am looked after by Liam (I don’t know his surname) who has really impressed me since I moved in last June. On the few occasions where a problem has arisen at the property I have been amazed by how quickly and efficiently he has responded. Liam is very good at his job, and does Leaders great credit.
