GoogleWe were forced to pay six months’ rent upfront, and from the very first day the problems started. There has been a leak under the sink, we are currently three weeks without a working washing machine, and several of the windows are broken and won’t shut properly, leaving the property insecure and freezing.
Trying to get anything resolved is impossible. You call, leave messages, and nobody calls you back. Communication is non-existent, and any issues are ignored for weeks at a time.
Honestly, avoid dealing with this company at all costs. If we could end our tenancy early, we absolutely would. This has been one of the worst renting experiences we’ve ever had.
