Hi Inga, we're disappointed to see that the Leaders team in St Albans have received a low star rating following your experience with them, it can be evidenced that your co-tenant from your Tenancy has also voiced dissatisfaction about their experience within another review which we have responded to however feel it important to highlight to you that Leaders were instructed by the Landlord on an introduction only level of service meaning that our involvement in the Tenancy ended when you moved into the property. As we did not manage the property throughout the Tenancy I do not believe Leaders have acted incorrectly however we would like to offer our sincere apologies that you felt the service you received fell below the high standards we expect of Leaders.
