Where to start …. the property has so many issues, the staff have not been very helpful or very respondent. Having to wait long periods of time for answers to pressing questions, paid £450 for the property to go back on the market to find a new tenant and even that took them 24 hours. Not even getting emails confirming my queries have been received and are being looking into - just being left in wait, constantly checking to see if they've had time to reply to me. Constantly feeling anxious and on edge about the tenancy and the issues which seem to take a long time to be address. By far one of the worst experiences I've had. Lois

I've just bought my property through Leaders, and I just want to say ... I think my chain would have collapsed if it wasn't for Jasmin. She went above an beyond to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. Jasmin is so helpful, and was willing to answer my constant stream of questions. If you have her working on your property purchase or sale - you're in good hands.

While recently looking for a new property to rent, I went to, among a few other Leaders, who ultimately were the ones that succeeded in finding me the perfect place. Lucy Hampton, who was my primary contact, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Lucy took the time to understand my (somewhat interesting) circumstances, was always professional, never without a smile or positivity, and really listened to and ultimately identified a property that suited my needs. Although Lucy was the person I dealt with the most, all the other staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were always professional, and also personable & likeable. I would not have any reservations in recommending them should anyone be requiring the support in finding their new home!

Needed a place to rent quickly, saw a few estate agents and Leaders were a cut above the rest and got me in within a week. I found the staff friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful. I recently locked myself out, called Leaders office and they even went to the extent of having someone come out to me within 15 minutes with a spare set of keys. Five star service.

Ross and everyone at the Leaders office in St Albans have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Polite, friendly, and quick with follow up. Absolutely no hard sell and always available if you have any questions. I was looking to move on very short notice and they took a lot of stress out of the process. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area without hesitation.

Sam and the team at Leaders have so far provided an excellent service in letting out my property. Their communication has been good and they're always helpful and efficient. From their first visit to value my property to finding tenants took less than a month. I would definitely recommend them.

Had my flat rented within 3 days of being on the market. Such a quick turn-around with a great tenant. Jenny Holland did the write up and I loved the personal touches mentioned in my property description. When you read through the listings on their website you really capture an essence of the place they describe. Whoever is training your staff to do this is a great writer. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish from Rosie, Amy and Stefanie.. Moving 200 miles was very stressful, but they managed make things go very smoothly. A special thank you to Stefanie who went above and beyond and stayed on late so I could collect the keys after getting suck in bank holiday traffic.. And I owe Amy a Christmas card. I would recommend the team at Weybridge to anyone.

We contacted Ms. Dawn for a flat in lime tree walk Sevenoaks. She asked us for a house visit and told that d we were the first to view the flat. We confirmed and asked her to arrange for further process. We missed the other agents nice flats. We had rescheduled our journey to Europe waiting for their answer. After two days no info from her, we ourselves called the office, they asked to be on line for 15,minutes and saying that she was busy. After second call other staff told that the house was given to others by the owner and they do not know this. But after 10 days still it is on website. Why could not they tell the customers immediately what is reality. Unnecessary visit and time waste,. Poor service and planning capacity
