GoogleI rented a property for 8 years with Leaders. In the first few years there were some issues (hence 4 not 5 stars), but in the latter years I found Jean Watson to be an excellent property manager. When I came to sell the property, Chris Dribble and his team were very good and impressively tenacious despite several offers falling through (not their fault).

GoogleHad a great experience working with Leaders through the entire process of purchasing my property. Adam Latter, my property manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and requests promptly. He even took the time to show us the property again when we were unsure to help us make our decision. I would highly recommend their service.

GoogleThe worst Travelled 150 miles to look at a house They confirmed viewing again 30 minutes before time Claimed to call me but no missed calls or messages Waited 15 minutes past the viewing time to call them and find out they cancelled the viewing Had a 2 year old with me also Not first time I have viewed with leaders or rented Always Bad experiences but these are the worst

We understand that since receiving this review that Charlotte the Lettings Manager from Chichester has reached out to you to discuss the situation, to offer transparency as to what had happened but also to offer her apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused. We can appreciate why you’d be disappointed at not being able to view the property after travelling such a long way but as explained by Charlotte the viewing had to be cancelled as we were instructed to do so by the Landlord as they had secured a tenant privately. We would like to offer our sincere apologies again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused because of the situation and that the service you feel you’ve received below the high standards we expect of Leaders. GoogleI rented my current apartment though this agency and I could not be more satisfied. Emily along with the rest of the team were really professional ans supportive. Given the impossibility of attending myself regularly at the agency to carry out the different paperwork, they were in charge of sending and managing all the documentation through email quickly and efficiently. GoogleMe and my husband just wanted to give credit where credit is due! From the very start we have had nothing but great customer service, Chris was amazing on our viewing to Matt who took out documents to Charlotte who has given advice. Our application has not been the easiest and the team probably all deserve large beverages on us. We haven't finished the process yet but they really do work so very hard to 1) reassure you 2) do everything in their power to help you get the property you want! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleWhile recently looking for a new property to rent, I went to, among a few other Leaders, who ultimately were the ones that succeeded in finding me the perfect place. Lucy Hampton, who was my primary contact, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Lucy took the time to understand my (somewhat interesting) circumstances, was always professional, never without a smile or positivity, and really listened to and ultimately identified a property that suited my needs. Although Lucy was the person I dealt with the most, all the other staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were always professional, and also personable & likeable. I would not have any reservations in recommending them should anyone be requiring the support in finding their new home!
