GoogleMy wife and I got an amazing flat with the help of Myha and Rezah. They were really helpful and supportive in helping us find a property to rent in the right area. The flat we have has exceed our expectations and makes us feel really comfortable. We publically want to thank Leaders and especially Myha and Rezah for all of there hard work, patients and support.

GoogleI rent a pleasant flat which your company manages for the owner. Sadly, the energy supplier has been grossly incompetent, and the boiler is seriously ageing and unreliable (though hanging on). But, throughout it all, Katie Ross-Hicken in the property management department has been immensely professional, responsive and kind, and absolutely couldn't have done more to sort things out. I am most grateful, and Leaders are, I trust, very proud of her.

GoogleExpensive as compared to other high street agents at the same time very slow when it comes to work being done by property management department. It took 1.5 year to just have a blind replaced. Leak from house above, and I am waiting for more than 1 year and still no repairs. Extract fan again has not been replaced for 1 year.
Hi Pradeep, thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. It’s disappointing to hear that there have been aspects of your experience with us that you’ve been unhappy with. In respect of our fees we are a clear and transparent agent that advertise these to disclose all charges and we do try to be competitive wherever possible; due to the recent changes in government legislation our fees have changed. It’s not acceptable for repairs to be outstanding for a considerable amount of time, we accept there were some delays with the blind replacement and are sorry we weren't able to have this resolved for you sooner. It’s understandable why you would have been unhappy with the leaks from the property above and dissatisfied that the repairs needed afterwards weren’t rectified immediately, it can be noted as we did not manage the property above it meant we had no control over the works; we tried our best to facilitate a swift resolution with the Landlord of the neighbouring property they elected to go through insurance which contributed to some delays. Your property manager is aware of your request regarding the extractor fan and is attempting to communicate with your Landlord around this as they would need to receive their authorisation to have this replaced. We regret that you feel the service you received hasn’t been up to the high standards expected of us here at Leaders but hope the above helps provide some clarity. GoogleI got a wonderful house in Croydon with the help of people from Leaders. The executive from leaders named Kurwahn is a wonderful host and very helpful in-deed. You would feel like you are talking to a long time friend and not like an agent in most of the occasions. Their documentation, service and follow up are wonderful.

GoogleWhilst Beverley and Shannon were extremely helpful during the viewing and sales process, the sales progression team were quite aggressive with both us and our solicitors to try and get the sale through before the month end, despite not being able to due to issues with the property that needed to be rectified first. On the day of exchange, no-one contacted us at all to let us know that the sale had gone through, we just turned up at what we hoped was our new house and the lovely (previous) owners let us in and showed us round and gave us a run down on how appliances etc worked. In fact, no-one contacted us for 2 months after we moved in until a review was requested (hoho). Ultimately, although the process started off brightly and went through much quicker than anticipated, it was soured through a lack of communication or care.

GoogleCalled in to Leaders today regarding a property in East Croydon I wanted to view, Kurwahn answered and although he advised I wouldn’t pass referencing he also gave me steps to take in order to boost my affordability which is SO helpful. His charm and charisma would definitely make me come back to him to take a property. Massive recommendation!

GoogleAfter spending close to a year with no movement on our property sale, we enlisted Beverley, Shannon and the Leaders Croydon team to help get us moved. They were extremely proactive, trying several different strategies to find a buyer, rather than just letting us sit on the market as we had done previously. I can safely say we wouldn't have been able to move in 2019 if it hadn't been for them. Highly recommended.

GoogleJake Marin showed us round the property that we rent at the moment. We'd gone into the letting agent on the off chance and this property had just gone back on the market and Jake was happy enough to show us round that day on a last minute appointment. He was already there when we arrived and very polite and friendly when showing us around the property.
