GoogleI recently moved to the UK from another country and this was my first experience applying for a flat from over seas. Needless to say I was a bit nervous at first about the overall process but Selwyn did an amazing job and put my mind at ease. He kept my co tenant and I up to date through out each step of our application and was extremely friendly and professional. We are both very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Selwyn and Leaders Forest Hill for your next flat search! :)

GoogleJenny rescued me! My flat had been on the market with other agents for quite some time when Jenny contacted me with a new plan of action. She turned it around in 24 hours with a fresh advert and professional photos. Since then Selwyn at Leaders has been incredibly helpful in finding new tenants for my flat, even going above and beyond to help me complete a couple of minor repairs even though it was outside of our agreement. He’s kept me up to date every step of the way which makes a refreshing change from having to chase. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Landlords, Leaders will put your mind at ease! Thank you, Amy
