GoogleTo begin with there was a very professional service from James, Selwyn and the team. Really responsive to emails and questions and very approachable! I was contacted on my personal phone's WhatsApp by Leaders to write this review, which I thought was odd as my partner had been dealing with them, but was happy to oblige. I am now editing it because as soon as we moved in, this all changed. We didn't receive the inventory through until a few days after we moved in so could not work out where to get the meter readings from or our post (it was in a different section to the building). There also wasn't any information when we moved in about how anything worked so it took us a while to figure out the heating and the internet cable had been cut off so needed reinstalling. We didn't have lighting in the living room for 6 weeks and Leaders and the property manager were very unresponsive. We don't get any TV signal and after 6 weeks of following up with Leaders and the property manager we were told that this was our problem. We somehow got put on the no deposit scheme which was £50 down the drain. When we paid the deposit, after 3 weeks of waiting, we were told that our paper work wasn't urgent and would come through when it was ready. All in all, a disappointing and frustrating experience!

It's great to hear that you received such a professional level of service from James, Selwyn and the letting team however really regret to hear that you have not received the same excellent service from our property management team since moving into the property. We pride ourselves on providing tenants with the highest level of assistance throughout their tenancy particularly if any maintenance issues arise and it’s disappointing to hear that we haven’t been able to do this for you. In respect of the TV signal issue the team are communicating with the Landlord in an attempt to resolve this for you, it can be noted that when dealing with repairs we are contracted by the Landlord to act under their instruction so have to relay this onto them to seek their instruction and authorisation to proceed. We would like to offer our apologies the disappointment caused and do regret that you feel the service you received hasn’t been up to the high standards expected of us here at Leaders, we really hope we can sort the issues with the TV signal and deliver a level of service you are happier with moving forward.
