I have been using Leaders for several years now and have found the team exceptionally helpful. I now opt to have all my properties fully managed by Liam who is very thorough which makes things a lot easier for me. Leaders have always been good at avoiding void periods for my properties.

Had been looking for a property to rent for a while and generally disappointed at the level of service from a number of different agents. Eventually stumbled upon Beky Potter at Leaders Worthing, she was highly professional with a positive attitude. She found us a beautiful property immediately. Highly recommended, made the whole process stress free.

I've just become a prospective customer of Leaders and so far I've found both Lucy and Emma on the team just a delight to deal with. Lucy sets up my viewing appointments efficiently and personably, and Emma is just great at the personal face to face service. Emma's knowledge of Worthing and love of the town is infectious. I have confidence in what she is telling me about the properties I'm interested in seeing is straightforward and genuine.

I have been renting with Leaders Worthing for the last year and they have been extremely professional but also personable at the same time. They were very prompt with informing me of anything to do with the rental and their document signing service and ease of paying funds made the whole process easy. I'd highly recommend them as a lettings agent from a tenants perspective.

The Leaders team were great, progressing my sale and keeping me in the loop with progress. Not an easy process, but made as painless as possible because of the team. Many thanks. Special shout out for Jasmin who worked tirelessly liaising with our purchaser.

It is very rare to ever get customer service that is over and beyond what you are expecting but that is what we got with the team at Leaders. They did an absolutely fantastic job at marketing our house (it looked so good we were tempted to keep it!) and they ensured we had a steady stream of people viewing in the first week or so. We were delighted to get an offer so quickly and the team took away all the hassle from the buying process - constantly keeping us updated, sorting out the finances and chivvying a rather slow buyer's solicitor. So glad we made the decision to use a professional estate agent rather than a cheaper alternative, its much better value all in. As we neared completion we were given daily updates, you cant ask for more than that! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Huge thanks to Chris, Molly and Joseph and to Deborah who did a sterling job for a few years before managing the house when it was being rented.

I've just bought my property through Leaders, and I just want to say ... I think my chain would have collapsed if it wasn't for Jasmin. She went above an beyond to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. Jasmin is so helpful, and was willing to answer my constant stream of questions. If you have her working on your property purchase or sale - you're in good hands.

Had an amazing experience with Worthing Leaders and Jasmin could not do anymore for us! We had difficult solicitors and Jasmin did not stop hassling them until we finally got out mortgage agreed! We probably would still be waiting now if she didn't help us! Jasmin was extremely blubbly and cheery every time i spoke to her regarding our purchase! If we ever move again i will definitely be speaking to Leaders again! Thank you so much! x

Want to say a huge thank you to Becky at leaders who had helped us to find our new home to rent. Becky and the team at leaders have been absolutely fantastic these last few weeks helping us and answering all the questions we have had. Nothing has been too much trouble for Becky, who has helped us to find the perfect home for me and my family. And we can't thank her enough. Would recommend leaders to anyone looking to move. You will be well looked after.

Leaders Worthing have been excellent from day one. Beky Potter at the Worthing office was helpful and friendly, she guided us throughout the process to ensure a smooth and efficient service. She was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond for us. During the tenancy we also had the pleasure of dealing with Karen who was very understanding and helpful. She guided us through a stressful and sensitive time professionally and compassionately. I can’t thank Karen enough for her support and all the guidance she has provided us. Leaders Worthing are by far the best Estate Agents we have dealt with and this is all due to the excellent team they have who actually care about their clients. Thank you Karen and Beky! X

My husband and I would like to thank Teresa for the amazing job she has done co ordinating the works on our 3 properties which all came up for re let at the same time. Not great timing for us due to being out of the country and with other stresses to deal with. Without Teresa and her brilliant ability to manage the team of works people and liaise so efficiently with us we’re not sure we would have managed. We are so pleased with all the works that have been required and not sure how she has managed to get things done so well and promptly and at good prices. We are really impressed with the hard work Teresa has put in (always seemingly so cheery) to make particularly the last relet happen (only 1 week turn around) and want to acknowledge how pleased we are with her service Thanks,

What a disaster! Keep saying they will email you their list of lettings available. But they do not. They arrange viewings but dont send the details, then call to cancel the viewing. DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Just found out Becky Potter works for Leaders and Michael Jones. My guess she is a bit of a cow and likes to muck people about.
