GoogleVery disappointing experience with Leaders. I vacated the property at the end of December and, despite my deposit being protected with TDS, I still haven’t received it.
I have made multiple calls and sent emails with little to no response. Even the landlord has chased them regarding the delay. When I finally spoke to the property manager, I was told there was an internal error and the process needs to be started again, but no clear timeline was given as it is “with accounts.”
This lack of communication and delay has caused unnecessary stress and financial difficulty. I would not recommend based on my experience.
