GoogleViewing the flat, renting the flat, paying the fees and deposit and moving in were a breeze. However, the time between notifying them about a preexisting issue and the issue getting fixed is LONG. I moved in in September. I have a faulty shower attachment on the bath and had gaps around my windows. The windows didn't get fixed until well into the winter period, around mid January. Leaders didn't even contact anybody to arrange getting them fixed until 2 and a half months after I told them about the issue. For the shower attachment problem, hot/could would come through the bath taps fine but wouldn't mix in the shower attachment. They called AN ELECTRICIAN for what seems to be a plumbing issue. Of course the electrician wasn't able to fix it and quoted £450 for an electric shower to be installed to which the Landlord said no. Worryingly incompetent. They couldn't be faster to take your money but couldn't be slower to fix any preexisting issues with the flat.

GoogleDo not let your property out with them. - My poor tenant was treated so badly by Leaders Worthing so I will not use them anymore - glad I realised in time, as I have just added another 6 properties to my portfolio but will be letting these elsewhere.

GoogleChris Trott from Leaders Worthing was our first estate agent. We'd never sold a house before. Chris came round and took all the measurements and pictures. He has provided us the valuation reports and followed up with the advert on rightmove, zoopla etc. He has been extremely professional during the viewings and sale process. Regularly kept me updated with the status and pushed the buyer for the exchange once the offer has been accepted. I would recommend Leaders Worthing. Tt was a great experience selling my home.

GoogleStaff really friendly and helpful. Staff turn up when they state. I have reported a broken heater that hasn't been fixed and tried to get my payment date moved and haven't had a call back about it. But I haven't chased these things up. I do think the fees which were £500 when I moved in a bit steep. £375 ie the highest I've ever paid before and have never paid a renewal fee after a year if living somewhere. Feels like I'm paying for nothing.

GoogleWhere to start …. the property has so many issues, the staff have not been very helpful or very respondent. Having to wait long periods of time for answers to pressing questions, paid £450 for the property to go back on the market to find a new tenant and even that took them 24 hours. Not even getting emails confirming my queries have been received and are being looking into - just being left in wait, constantly checking to see if they've had time to reply to me. Constantly feeling anxious and on edge about the tenancy and the issues which seem to take a long time to be address. By far one of the worst experiences I've had. Lois

GoogleWe have just sold our property with Leaders (finally). Chris Trott was amazing. We had so many issues with solicitors, but Chris chased and pushed everything through - I don't think that man sleeps! I would highly recommend Chris, and I wouldn't let anyone else sell my property bar him.

GoogleI bought my recent property through Leaders and i couldn't have wished for a better Estate Agent to go through. Jasmin helped us from the very start with initially finding the right property, through to completion and even following up how we were getting on after we had moved in. Leaders went above and beyond what we could have asked for. We were given advise on our surveys and helped massively with the communication between all parties involved to get the purchase completed with minimal problems. We will definitely go through Leaders for our next sale.

GoogleRented through Leader for 3 years and was genuinely saddened to leave them. Amazing staff and customer service. In particular Hollie in property management, nothing is every too much trouble and excellent communication.
