It can be evidenced that your concerns around Spark and Leaders relationship with them as an energy supplier has previously been addressed by the Head of Property Management as well as our Compliance Team who have explained to you that Leaders partnership with Spark Energy was disclosed to you during your application within our ‘What Happens Next’ form and also within the Tenancy Agreement. By signing these documents you confirmed you had read, agreed to and understood the contents of these documents and therefore believe our partnership with Spark had been made clear to you. I have found Amira to be a positive, professional and responsive member of your team. She consistently displays attention to detail and maintains appropriate communication relative the issue at hand.
We have spoken many times, both over the telephone and in person at the Weybridge office and on each occasion Amira has been extremely polite and attentive, providing clear, concise and informative answers. Both Amira’s written and verbal communication is effective and delivered at what I consider to be an appropriate level.
When requesting documents, Amira has provided these in a timely manner. During recent end of tenancy negotiations and ongoing and maintenance issues, whilst the tenants were still in place, Amira communicated with the tenants, contractors and myself in a proactive and positive manner, organising tradesman visits the the property, providing me with quotes, then at my request, liasing directly with my own contractor, Tom Mason, to reach a satisfactory outcome. Tom Mason advised me that Amira had been easy to communicate with and helpful in aiding him with access to the property.
Below I have noted a couple of headings and my views:
Integrity: proven.
Communication: timely and appropriate
Problem solving: good
Customer service focus: excellent
Amira is an asset to Leaders and this should be recognised by her manager and Leaders. As a property owner I commend Amira to Leaders.
