GoogleHighly recommend Leaders. They’ve been most helpful so far in my search for a property to let, Mandi was lovely and even helped me with my little boy whilst on a viewing so that I could take pictures! :)

GoogleOn time, well-organised/informed and very helpful in showing the property. This was on one of the busiest days of the year for viewings and compared very favourably with other estate agents.

GoogleMandi was brilliant; professional, friendly and really approachable. We loved her relaxed and friendly manner - in fact it has drawn us to this particular estate agent and it's been a pleasure to liaise with them. All the representatives we have met and spoken to have been really nice people.

GoogleI have been dealing with Alex this is mine and my partners first property together and i cannot fault the service i have been given nothing is too hard for her to do she has answered everyone of my questions would highly recommend. I haven't got a lot of knowledge on renting or anything like that like i say this is my first property but it has all been made a lot easier and less stressful with the help of Alex and the whole of the Leaders St Albans team. A massive thanks to Leaders especially Alex.

GoogleAlex Crowther has been very helpful throughout our experience as first time renters. From the initial discussion to put in an offer to helping us complete references, she has been professional and always quick to respond to our queries. When the time comes and we decide to move on from our current property, Alex will be our first port of call.

GoogleLettings agent was on time and we'll presented. Property was kept to a good standard, cleaning was still suppose to happen. Felt like everything I said was taken on board. Really good quality from Leaders Estate Agents.

GoogleI met with Mandi to view a 2 bed apartment in St. Albans. She was professional and prompt. The apartment was pretty nice, but I ended up finding something closer to me workplace. I wasn't allowed to take photos inside due to GDPR regulations. Setting up the viewing appointment was easy and straightforward.

GoogleExcellent service. Mandy went so far out of her way to help us. We saw 4 other agents but Mandy was the only one in St Albans that genuinely wanted to help us. She was really knowledgable of the areas too. Alex in the office was also quick to help and the communication was particularly quick.

GoogleCommunication has been great so far and a swift arrangement of viewings. The team also kept me up to date with available and gone properties which if anyone is looking in the area will know is key as this can be super frustrating. Viewing of one specific place I wanted was thorough including parking spaces and great knowledge of the surrounding area. Thankyou Mandy!

GoogleI am currently in the process of renting an apartment with Leaders. Efficient and modern letting agency - consents and contracts signed online, with minimal hassle. Their agent, Alex C., prepared a brochure with all the necessary info and made herself available for any questions which was very helpful. Alex is an excellent communicator - very clear and professional. She also knew a lot about the property.
