Great experience with Leaders Chichester. After recently returning from 8 years in Australia and being completely unfamilair with the UK rental process & market they were very patient with me and responded promptly to my many questions. They were awesome in guiding me from my initial enquiry through to happily settling into my new rental property today! I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided - Tom, Tess & Max were all very friendly and super helpful. Much deserved appreciation for the team!

Recently got accepted for a flat and couldn't be happier with the whole process. From viewing to completion, Tom Chiverton has been an amazing help. Very professional yet also a bubbly character. Would definitely like to use Leaders Chichester again when I decide to move on.

Really happy with my experience getting a flat recently. The whole process, from the viewing through to completion, was handled brilliantly. 0 out of 5 if I could They rented my partner and I a flat with no heating and no hot water. We struggled for 3 terrible winter months in a cold, damp and moldy flat with no support from the agency or landlord. The one time I was locked inside the house on a Sunday due to a faulty lock, the out of hours emergency service team didn’t work and we had to pay the replacement out of pocket. It’s been 2 months since we moved out, and we are still waiting for a compensation payment that was promised to us due to the hardships we faced! Seriously consider if you want to rent a property with this agency, as you will have absolutely no support if something goes awry and they have no qualms with leaving their tenants suffering appalling conditions while collecting the full rent. I only wish I had the financial resources to sue.

We rented a flat from a very correct landlord, through leaders estate agents, in Beckenham for the past 4 years. The experience was positive, their visits were always scheduled, the maintenance where needed was prompt and followed, and they emailed us the deposit at the end of the tenancy in full. Malay Mustafa, and the rest of the team (at their Beckenham or Bromley beaches) were all professional and easy to deal with. We recommend.
