GoogleThe estate agent should have made me aware of a lively pizza restaurant one foot from my front door, had I been aware of that I would never have moved in but now I am stuck here for the next seven months of my life living with this noise

GoogleVery dissapointing estate agents, dont waste your time with them at all! We called and enquired about a property and they said theyd get back to us. They have our mobile number and email but have not been in touch at all. They dont even give you a courtasy call to let you know whats going on (like working on contacting the landlord) or send you an email to let you know what properties they have available to let. We feel brushed off and like they are not trying to find us a property but rather mocking us and our budget. I spoke to two different agents neither of which have been in touch. The property is available in April but as it's not one that will add to their current targets I guess we are not important enough for them to contact us or send us a list of properties. Utterly useless and you feel like a target rather then a person. Don't bother!

GoogleCathey Cullum who showed us around the property were very knowledgeable lady about the flat and around of the area, She has good skills about rental fields. I have all the information that I need which is for us important was the school in the area, transport and shops. This was our first viewing and within one hour we made an offer and will wait for Landlord response. Once again thank you very much Cathey for your outstanding service.

GoogleAll staff at the Worthing branch are very helpful, from over the phone with the property management team to the staff when I visit face to face on a Saturday.

GoogleJust to say a massive THANK YOU to Liam @ Leaders Worthing for an amazing response & service. My tenant of 16 years called to say she had no electricity, I called the Property Management Department for help and he managed to source an electrician who attended within the hour and addressed the issue, the contractor even called me with an explanation of the issue just after too - one happy tenant and one very happy impressed landlord - what more can you ask for :)

Googlewhen we went viewing, we told them we'd love to take this room right away after the viewing but they told us they need to talk to landlord because landlord's friend also wanted this room. we waited their call or update for 4-6 days and in the meanwhile they didn't give me any update. all we could do was just wait even though we really needed to find new place as soon as possible. we needed to wait til finishing landlord's friend viewing and if they don't want, we could take the room even though we're the first that told them we'd like to have the room. thank you for helping us anyway :)

GoogleAdrian Burch was very friendly, helpful, and calm through the whole process. When things got a little stressful between the solicitors, it was Adrian and Stefanie Reefs in the sale progression team, who were fantastic too, made this process so much easier. They were very responsive, and really helped to push my sale through.
