My first estate agents , absolutely useless !!! In the 3 years we have rented our property we have had countless fallouts with them !!! We have been accused of missing rent ? Accused of not paying enough rent ? The agents are lazy in my experience and i constantly have to email and phone to get anything done or else i will not hear anything from them !!! Very unprofessional

Absolutely abysmal service only gave 1 star as lowest rating I could provide. Don't trust Leaders they don't do repairs to properties that they've agreed to do, they don't clean properties properly, they don't manage their properties correctly, even when they are forced to surrender a tenancy agreement because they are in breach of the terms of the agreement they still do not return money & deposits that are outstanding as agreed !! BEWARE & avoid like the plague .. Rubbish letting agents total cowboys .. Be happy in your new home use the other guys !

Very unprofessional & untrustworthy. We agreed to let our property for 6 months, the tenant agreed to pay us the full amount in advance. We agreed a contract with the Waterlooville office that they would pay us the full 6 months rent at the start of the let on the 10th June. They failed to do this & we are still waiting for our rent which leaders have been sitting on since 7th June . They are in clear breach of contract however both Venessa & Debbie constantly fob us off with excuses, we have lost all confidence in leaders ability to adhere to the terms of a very simple tenancy agreement. Extremely poor & unprofessional service including numerous unanswered emails & failing to return calls. Definitely one to avoid if you want paying on time.

My personal experience is the conduct and amateur tactics of the agents are dishonest and they have no real respect that someone is buying their home so its stressful enough, but to be given misleading and false information continuously is unacceptable. Their conduct cost me solicitors and surveyors fee for a property they put back on the market after 8 months of me making a fair and genuine offer. I asked several times to speak to a senior manager where i was refused and fobbed off with lame excuses. Very disappointed.
