GoogleMegan was fantastic throughout the process. She kept in regular contact regarding the viewing, was flexible with timings, and always responded promptly to any questions we had. She put our case forward to the landlord as soon as she had all the necessary information, which we really appreciated. Megan also took the time to explain the Residency Membership option as an alternative to paying a full deposit, ensuring we fully understood our choices. During the viewing, she made sure we were asking the right questions so that we had all the information we needed before submitting our offer. Her knowledge, professionalism, and support made the whole experience much smoother, and we would highly recommend her.

GooglePuja was very quick, responsive, and thorough when arranging a virtual viewing for one of their flats in Kingston. She answered all my queries in a timely manner and proactively informed me of the pros and cons of the no-deposit option. She was able to arrange an in-person viewing at short notice and help me sign my tenancy agreement early in order for me to secure a parking permit with the council so I am very happy with how things have been organized and processed. The only tiny point of feedback I can give is to explicitly clarify what furniture is not included with the property at the time of viewing. I did notice a lack of tables, chairs, and shelf when I visited the property in-person (which were shown in the photos) but I also appreciate that the landlord may not have communicated this ahead of time.
