I approached a few before deciding to use Langford Russell but when I spoke with Oli for the first time he inspired me with his confidence and pleasant manner making me feel instantly welcome . When I was in a position to put a property on the market Sienna looked after all the arrangements going forward. From my first meeting, she was very helpful with a calm attitude and professional manner. Whatever questions I had, it was never a problem for her to deal with and she always had a quick reply . I was impressed with the way she kept me up-to-date with reports from each viewing. Sienna made the experience totally stress free She communicated regularly with feedback and settling any queries I may have had . Sienna is a huge asset to her company and I felt she was generally interested in selling the property as if it was her own . Thank you for all you have done .

GoogleI am delighted to recommend the Langford Russell team in West Wickham. I found their knowledge base, customer care and advice to be outstanding. I had the daunting task of selling my Mother's house which was subject to Probate. Steve Mullins knew exactly what was required and provided the initial valuation to get the process started, even though we had not appointed them. This gave us the confidence to subsequently appoint them. Manager, Steve's experience is first class and his team follow his lead. Throughout our sales journey they kept us informed with details of each appointment and helpful feedback. There was always someone available for queries, insight and reassurance. They took care to match the prospective buyers to our criteria and found us the perfect buyer at the end. Connor did the visits and took time to give us feedback and to understand our property. Lukass was our 'office' contact' and his communication was professional and outstanding at all times. He always had the information that I needed at his fingertips, and returned our calls when he promised to. The administration process and team were thorough and made the legal 'checks and balances' clear and straightforward. Making sure we knew what to expect at each stage. They behaved in a professional manner at all times. Commission was competitive and we were very happy with the photos. I would highly recommend.

GoogleGood service and communication but probably the most expensive agent you can find in Swanley. Sold my property and first we agreed on a set fee £4,000 all included but they did not informed me until I signed the contract that they charge many extra fees and all fees that they say are without VAT. Sold my property for less than the asking price. The first sale price that they suggested was quite high which was the reason for choosing them but soon after that they suggested to reduce that price. The people who work there are polite but really not a value for money

GoogleHad a wonderful experience with Langford Russell in renting our new home, all overseen by Jack F! He recommended properties based on our budget and requirements, was very efficient on booking a viewing and was responsive on email and the phone to answer our questions and keep us updated on the progress of our rental. Even once we had signed the contract he was happy to arrange extra viewings so that we could start to prepare for our upcoming move. Would definitely recommend Langford Russell as agents, made the whole process so much smoother!
