There are many estate agents to choose from . I approached a few before deciding to use Langford Russell but when I spoke with Oli for the first time he inspired me with his confidence and pleasant manner making me feel instantly welcome . When I was in a position to put a property on the market Sienna looked after all the arrangements going forward. From my first meeting, she was very helpful with a calm attitude and professional manner. Whatever questions I had, it was never a problem for her to deal with and she always had a quick reply . I was impressed with the way she kept me up-to-date with reports from each viewing. Sienna made the experience totally stress free She communicated regularly with feedback and settling any queries I may have had . Sienna is a huge asset to her company and I felt she was generally interested in selling the property as if it was her own . Thank you for all you have done .

GRAVESEND OFFICE AWLFUL SERVICE (OR SHOULD WE SAY LACK OF SERVICE) FROM THEM!If we could give them 0 stars we would!Kevin the sales manager was suppose to be valuing our property on Saturday 19/10/2024 at 11am, however even though this date & time was confirmed by email, we got a voicemail asking to change the time, we then got a text stating the original date & time! When we called the office to find out what was going on, no one knew anything about it & then we got a phone call from Kevin on the day of valuation saying he had no idea where that information came from & after taking loads of details from us, he said he would be with us at 11am, if the traffic was ok.25 minutes after the time Kevin was due we got a phone call from the office stating he had broken down!!, cannot understand why he didn’t have the courtesy to call us himself! The office said someone will call us on the Monday to rebook an appointment, this never happened, we did not receive an apology from Kevin & considering he is suppose to be a manager, he should have at least contacted us explaining himself! We have not heard from him or the office again.Absolutely unprofessional & so much negativity even before they crossed our threshold! We would never recommend Acorn following this awful experience!

He recommended properties based on our budget and requirements, was very efficient on booking a viewing and was responsive on email and the phone to answer our questions and keep us updated on the progress of our rental. Disappointing selling experience

I was trying to sell my flat using the Acorn Peckham Estate Agent. I was disappointed in the service. - The flat wasn't valued correctly, delaying the amount of time it was on the market at the right price. This should have been an honest conversation with me up front. I would have welcomed that. - There were lots of system errors initially which again delayed my property being listed.- During the negotiation process I was assured that I would be speaking to the manager of the branch on a weekly basis. This didn't ever happen. - I never felt there was particularly fast feedback on viewings with clear recommendations for how to address for the next viewing.

There were deductions made from my rental income that were not clearly authorised or properly communicated, which caused unnecessary frustration and a serious loss of trust.

We recently used the services of Langford Russell and were assisted greatly by William Leggatt, Assistant Branch Manager, Orpington. Will positioned our property with prospective buyers before it went to open market resulting in an offer being immediately made and accepted. Our first buyers unfortunately pulled out of the process at the midway point due to lease related issues with their own property, but Will successfully managed to line up secondary buyers and within 96 hours we had another offer which was accepted. Although we experienced challenges during our sale Will kept a consistent cool head and handled proceedings with expert flair and finesse keeping us regularly updated. I would happily recommend Langford Russell as a leading estate agent.
