Later in the process, George stepped in and was equally fantastic. He was proactive, responsive, and incredibly supportive during some particularly difficult stages of the chain. We always felt like they were on our side, pushing things forward and keeping communication flowing between all parties.

Unfortunately, as a result of Mr Ali’s behaviour towards members of our team, we were advised by the police to cease direct communication with him. Following that advice, we implemented this step in order to protect our staff.
