Following my original review, I provided additional evidence including Uber earnings records and bank statements to support the income declared on my application. The tenancy ultimately did not proceed because the landlord required a successful Goodlord referencing outcome. However, after reviewing the evidence, JWW agreed to refund the holding deposit in full. The process was frustrating at times, particularly due to delays and conflicting communication regarding the holding deposit. However, I appreciate that the matter was eventually reviewed by management and resolved, and the refund has now been received. Thank you to Ashley Mitchell for taking the time to review the case and bring it to a conclusion.

GoogleExcellent service with a sale. The manager, Martyn Hunter found a good cash buyer fore my property very quickly. They arranged all the legals, which went very smoothly and I received full payment on the day of completion, with very reasonable legal and agent's fees.

GoogleWe recently instructed JW Woods Chester Le Street for the sale of our home, Adrian came valued and photographed our property, it was posted on their website, it also went on to on the market & Right move, our home sold within one week, Chloe from the office kept us upto date with viewings & any formalities that were required from ourselves, amazing service from the full team.

GoogleNot one bad word to say about JW Wood Consett office! Julie & Denise have been absolutely amazing through the viewings to the offer on our dream house! I must admit I called the office multiple times a day which some estate agents have been a little let’s say ‘tired of’ yet not once were the lady’s there rude, tired or annoyed at my voice down the phone! From call backs, arranging viewings, relaying offers and then sending all documents for the acceptance to purchase has all been so easy and smooth sailing!
