GoogleFrom the first point of contact to the end sale the service was outstanding. The survey was conducted by Adrian he gave us some great advices on how to get the best price. The office staff Vicky and Gill help with all of paperwork required. Chloe kept me up to date was so helpful with any questions I had. The property sold within couple of weeks and we achieved the price we wanted. Over all the service was great and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

GoogleFriendly, informative and quick to provide results, always available for a call or email and willing to explain regardless of how simple a question is. As long as you respond and provide anything requested they will do the heavy lifting in the background with minimal fuss on the clients end, they offer advice and people for every step. A very good experience in regards to logistics and financials. They advise they are willing to allow as many visits as required and are generally well aware of the property details.

GoogleI have just purchased a property through JW Wood and have had a great experience, from my initial viewing with Chris who gave me so much time to look around the property, to Jill who negotiated the purchase and Caitlin who kept me up to date every week and chased solicitors on my behalf helping to get the purchase through in good time. I would highly recommend JWW to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Their communication was clear throughout, and they were always quick to ask the owner any additional questions we had and come back to us with clear answers. GoogleFriendly and professional valuation and prompt marketing of the property. Communication was good and shared in a very timely manner. I was kept informed of progress, however there were times when I felt they were working for the buyer and not myself.

I am a first time property buyer and she supported me so well throughout the process which I’m very grateful for. I had a very comprehensive report with 48 hours of the survey. Very impressed and I would highly recommend JM Mason Chartered Surveyors.

I mainly dealt with Vicky and she has advised me and taken out the stress of buying and selling a property. If you need a company who cares at a personal level and is also most professional I think this is the one I woud recommend.
