This is the second time of dealing with JW Wood and they haven’t let us down. Once again their customer service has been excellent! Friendly and extremely efficient. House buying/selling is a stressful time and these guys take some of the pain out of the process 🙂 …

I cannot fault the staff at the Bishop Auckland branch. From first viewing to a second viewing, right through to purchase, it’s been excellent. Buying property can be a stressful experience but this has all been very straightforward thanks to all concerned.

From the initial Valuation to Marketing my property, Martyn has been great. Professional and efficient service. Not to mention a viewing and sale agreed on my property no more than 24 hours after marketing!

We're halfway through the process of selling our cottage and couldn't be happier with the service Martyn and his team are providing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly, approachable and ensure all contact is followed through in writing. We'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
