GoogleThe service was so fast we put an offer in at 9 am and within 10.mins were told it was accepted. The id checks were done by 3pm and all solicitors were contacted. By the.followibg day the sale was underway..

GoogleWith only having limited time to get a property surveyed , Claire and Jonathan did a fantastic job for us. Claire’s professionalism was outstanding in arranging everything in a short space of time and keeping us informed with all I needed to know. While Jonathan was thorough in his survey and explained everything perfectly to make sure we fully understood what he’d checked out and to have the report back within 24 hours was just unbelievable service.

GoogleI asked for the survey to be carried out quickly and the report produced quickly. JWWood did this and charged a sensible price. The report was emailed to me only two working days after the survey. It was extremely useful and easy to read. I had some questions. The surveyor Jonathan Mason was able to phone 3 days later and talk through what I needed to know. The administrator Claire Wilkinson is very helpful.
