TrustpilotRude,Unhelpful
Rude,Unhelpful, It is because of staff like this that give estate agents the reputation of the most hated people to do business with, I feel sorry for the people whose property they are selling because they are no good at dealing with purchasers, I would never even consider dealing with these people again and strongly advise anyone else to so the same as there are hundreds of estate agents to chose from.
Agent replied · 23 September 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and take your concerns very seriously. Providing excellent service is our priority, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and address your concerns directly. Please feel free to reach out to us.
