GoogleOur sale and purchase wasn’t the easiest journey with our sale falling through twice, but Toyah looked after our purchase and I couldn’t fault her. She chased agents and solicitors for updates weekly as well as updating us on any progress also weekly without fail. She went above and beyond to find a resolution to every problem we encountered. GoogleWhat can we say about Toyah at Jones robinson? Well there's a reason most houses with their sale boards are marked as sold. Toyah was there from our first viewing and sold it to us there and then. 6 months later after a rocky sale on our end, Toyah remained the one positive part of the whole process. She put us first at every stage, keeping us informed and basically made sure we secured the house we so desperately wanted. A month into our new home we can't thank her enough and continue to believe she secured this for us.

From our very first interaction, everyone we encountered whether that be viewings, sales or the admin staff - they were all extremely kind, professional and understanding. They understood our situation and what we were after and successfully helped us find our second home - which are absolutely in love with. They did a really good job at supporting us from viewings all the way until we completed, always providing a very friendly and informative service. GoogleThe team at Jones Robinson Lambourn are second to none! From the first phone call I placed to book my viewing I was greeted with such warmth it was amazing. I had a viewing with Kay who was extremely friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the house and handled all of my questions with complete ease. She provided additional guidance and information on the area which proved to be invaluable. After my viewing I placed an offer. During the offer process Kay kept me informed with what was happening. This again was so valuable as helped me to manage expectations my side with my buyers. Once I had my offer accepted I was then connect with Toyah to work on progressing the sale as quickly as possible. Toyah is incredible. Highly organised, driven and always follows through with promises. Having her on my side to help me chase the solicitors etc. was beyond an invaluable. Finally, I also spoke to Jo on a number of occasions who was 10/10. Clear, concise and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better. The whole team clearly work so hard and so well together as no matter who I ended up speaking to they were aware of my transaction and what needed to be done. I worked with estate agents for years and have never come across a team so hard working and so collaborative whilst maintaining friendly, calm and professional attitudes!

GoogleJo & Toyah were amazing, incredibly helpful and super efficient. We went with Jones Robinson on the back of a fantastic experience we had with them when buying our current property. It was the first time we’ve sold a house, and even though we hit some bumps in the road with our chain, they still made the process feel fairly painless - they chased up everyone, updated us every step of the way even on a weekends / evenings, and reassured us when things felt tough. Would highly recommend using them.

GoogleWe didn't have the smoothest sale experience with issues along the chain, but the team at JR were there to help all the way through. The fee rate was a little higher than others, but it was worth it. Toyah was in touch at least once a week with updates and was always there to support us and answer questions, and Jo was always available to negotiate truces, and to ease the process along.

GoogleWe have been really pleased with the team at Church Robinson, selling our home not once, but twice, after the first buyers fell through. We really appreciate the hard work of the whole team, especially Archie and Daniel, to sell our property for a second time under enormous pressures. In particular, the level of communication from Archie was excellent. We are hoping that the rest of the process now completes as smoothly!
