My experience with Jones Robinson in Devizes was deeply disappointing. Communication was poor, and when I raised concerns, I felt dismissed rather than listened to. The attitude came across as arrogant, which made an already frustrating situation worse. My main concern was that information they gave was inaccurate and later dismissed, with a number of their claims resolved in my favour. This seriously damaged my trust in them. I expected accurate information, clear communication and basic professionalism. In my view, there are plenty of better-quality, reputable agents to choose from, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

As I sit in my first home along with my partner surrounded by paint samples and boxes of furniture I think back to where it all started with jones Robinson, from where we first started to now it has not been the smoothest of journeys but that is in no way at the fault of jones Robinson, they have been brilliant and especially Andrew Francis who without his help we would probably still be fighting solicitors! He was amazing every step of the way and truly was the most helpful participant in our house purchase! Can not sing his praises enough along with the rest of the Jones Robinson Devizes team!

We completed the sale and purchase of a property on behalf of our parents today, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mikyle, Andrew and the entire team at Jones Robinson in Devizes. This was a particularly difficult and emotional move for our parents, who had lived in their home for 59 years. From the very beginning, Mikyle was incredibly supportive and took the time to explain the process clearly and patiently to our parents, which gave them great reassurance throughout. The sales team, especially Danielle, Sofia and Izzy, took the time to get to know the property and were always prompt with feedback. They were consistently helpful, professional and considerate when arranging viewing appointments, making what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Once the property was sold, Andrew became our main point of contact. He kept us regularly updated and went above and beyond to resolve issues when the progress of the sale appeared to be stalling. His persistence, communication and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We cannot recommend Mikyle, Andrew and the team at Jones Robinson highly enough. Their professionalism, compassion and commitment made a very stressful and emotional time considerably easier for our whole family. Andrew and the team were fantastic during the purchase of our new property. We had weekly contact and helpful advice, nothing was too much trouble. The team are professional, friendly and really go the extra mile. Our transaction was not the easiest but Andrew was always on had to offer support and advice and he responded to every phone call, he had the patience of a saint. Overall, I had a good experience with JR during the sale process. Mikyle and his team were friendly, professional, mostly efficient and gave prompt feedback on viewings. The marketing brochure was beautifully photographed and well produced. It was also updated to reflect a seasonal change. Calls to the office were answered or returned without delay. Once a sale was agreed, Andrew was very capable and proactive, which was reassuring, particularly as I was out of the country for part of the time. The 4 stars rather than 5 reflects a little of the frustration of an initial valuation that was over optimistic, and although this was adjusted a few times, it took longer than expected to find the right price. Apart from that, this was a positive engagement and I would recommend JR to prospective sellers.

I can thoroughly recommend Jones Robinson Estate Agents in Devizes who have recently helped with the sale of our parents home. Everything went smoothly and they went the extra mile when asked to assist with viewings, carry out empty property inspections for insurance purposes and even taking final meter reading for us as we live in Scotland! This is the second time I’ve written this. The first version went into detail of our experience today, but Google managed to wipe it out, when I switched to Outlook and back to Chrome. I’m desperately short of time, so the new version will just be a summary. I’m writing it in Word and pasting it into Google, this time. Lesson learned. We’ve only had a probate valuation, so far, but branch manager Mikyle couldn’t possibly have done a better job. He spent a good hour with us, guiding us through an appraisal of the property from a buyer’s point of view, discussing with us how best to spend time and money improving it (and how not to), demonstrating how to arrive at a realistic valuation, then explaining how the property would be marketed. We’ve sold eleven properties in our time. This was by far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent on first meeting. We’re super-impressed and have no hesitation in strongly recommending Jones Robinson in Devizes.
