With over thirty years in the business, Martin Walker joined forces with Jones Robinson in 2016. The coming together of the two businesses meant that the Devizes estate agents were able to tap into the mass home moving market across West Berkshire, North Hampshire and Oxfordshire resulting in an increased number of viewings and offers across both the sales and lettings sectors. Martin has over thirty years' experience and remains a senior valuer at Devizes, alongside office manager Rosie Souster (20 years' experience) and sales manager Andrew Francis (who has a staggering 45+ years' experience in the estate agents industry), who are assisted by the sales team Mikyle Andrews, Jayne Baker and Charlie Douglas. Sian Cockerell manages the lettings department at Devizes, assisted by Andrea Deegan. Dora Kristiansen and Stacey Howell carry out our weekend viewings. Jonathan Shortt is a RICS valuer and conducts commercial valuations for a variety of purposes, as well as landlord and tenant negotiations; he also disposes of commercial land and buildings and can offer acquisition advice. GoogleWe had an extremely successful customer experience with Jones Robinson, in placing the sale of our Chirton Bungalow in the good hands of Rose Souster and her fine team at the Devizes Branch. In a softening Housing Market, with Rosie Souster's decades of Professional Marketing knowledge, she was able to provide honest advice and suggest a keen and realistic Guide Price. This proved accurate and invaluable. We had several offers in the First week of Marketing the property, and accepted an Offer at the Guide Price, in week two. The Brochure for the property and video were clearly made with painstaking care and artistic flair. In my opinion, the Housing Market will be completely moribund in 2027/8 and those interested or considering Marketing their own property, would do well to act without delay, and contact Rosie Souster at Jones Robinson's Devizes Branch for a superb customer experience.

GoogleI recently sold my house with Jones Robinson and couldn’t be happier with the service. My property had been on the market with another local agent for five months with plenty of viewings but no offers, and the marketing didn’t showcase its great location near the town centre and canal. Jones Robinson took a completely different approach. They used drone footage, highlighted the property’s unique selling points, and were honest about the work the house needed. Within a month of switching to them, I received two offers. The whole team, admin, sales negotiators, and everyone involved, were efficient, professional, and excellent at communicating. They were proactive and tenacious right through to completion. It may cost a little more, but the exceptional service and genuinely hassle‑free experience made it 100% worth it. Highly recommend Jones Robinson.

They and myself had to deal with a very difficult seller who didn't seem to understand, or want to understand the process of what they are meant to do to sell a property, but with their help and determination of the staff in the office we managed to finally get it over the line.
