The coming together of the two businesses meant that the Devizes estate agents were able to tap into the mass home moving market across West Berkshire, North Hampshire and Oxfordshire resulting in an increased number of viewings and offers across both the sales and lettings sectors. Martin has over thirty years' experience and remains a senior valuer at Devizes, alongside office manager Rosie Souster (20 years' experience) and sales manager Andrew Francis (who has a staggering 45+ years' experience in the estate agents industry), who are assisted by the sales team Mikyle Andrews, Jayne Baker and Charlie Douglas. Sian Cockerell manages the lettings department at Devizes, assisted by Andrea Deegan. Dora Kristiansen and Stacey Howell carry out our weekend viewings. GoogleWe are grateful to Andrew and Mikyle at Jones Robinson for successfully negotiating on our behalf our offer for the property. There was a problem with a water leak which had damaged a ceiling. Understandably we were anxious that this should be rectified before completing the purchase. True to form, this was resolved rapidly by Jones Robinson who also ascertained the cause. The final touch, on completion, was a bottle of Sauvignon which was very gratefully received. I would recommend Jones Robinson to anyone considering a property sale/purchase.

GoogleWhen my family's firm of Chartered Surveyors for three generations decided to give up their letting department I was forced to find a new agent. So we found Martin Walker Chartered surveyors in Devizes to take over the letting of our properties 10 years ago, and I cannot find a bad word to say about their management. The tenants are all happy too. Sian Kirk has been brilliant. We recently decided to sell one property which Jones Robinson incorporating Martin Walker have dealt with. The sales was by no means straightforward, but with the patience of Mikyle Andrews and Andrew Francis in the team they have overcome an unbelievable string of hurdles on the route to exchange. After receiving a large number of potential buyers in the first week they were invited to tender offers . 10 offers came in and so we accepted the highest cash buyer. However, the neighbour was determined he was going to buy this property and he caused enough trouble to prevent anyone else from doing so. He then continued on a day-to-day basis for five months to send continual e-mails and telephone calls, passing deadlines for exchange and querying this and that as well as trying to have the price reduced and being extremely awkward. We are so happy with the way this has been handled - unending professionalism, politeness and patience. We would use Jones Robinson again and recommend them to other people.
