We had an extremely successful customer experience with Jones Robinson, in placing the sale of our Chirton Bungalow in the good hands of Rose Souster and her fine team at the Devizes Branch. In a softening Housing Market, with Rosie Souster's decades of Professional Marketing knowledge, she was able to provide honest advice and suggest a keen and realistic Guide Price. This proved accurate and invaluable. We had several offers in the First week of Marketing the property, and accepted an Offer at the Guide Price, in week two. The Brochure for the property and video were clearly made with painstaking care and artistic flair. In my opinion, the Housing Market will be completely moribund in 2027/8 and those interested or considering Marketing their own property, would do well to act without delay, and contact Rosie Souster at Jones Robinson's Devizes Branch for a superb customer experience.

The process was not without issues as my first sale fell through, but a second buyer was waiting in the wings (it seemed) and quickly on the journey to completion. I can't praise Jones Robinson Estate Agents of Devizes enough. Everyone, and I mean everyone in the office is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional, so I do not want to pick out individuals. A comprehensive welcome pack that showed up to date data of the housing market in Devizes and was full of useful information. With fast communications throughout the sale of my property, I was never left wondering what the current situation was. Good advice was offered on valuation and when offers were on the table. My experience with Jones Robinson in Devizes was deeply disappointing. Communication was poor, and when I raised concerns, I felt dismissed rather than listened to. The attitude came across as arrogant, which made an already frustrating situation worse. My main concern was that information they gave was inaccurate and later dismissed, with a number of their claims resolved in my favour. This seriously damaged my trust in them. I expected accurate information, clear communication and basic professionalism. In my view, there are plenty of better-quality, reputable agents to choose from, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We completed the sale and purchase of a property on behalf of our parents today, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mikyle, Andrew and the entire team at Jones Robinson in Devizes. This was a particularly difficult and emotional move for our parents, who had lived in their home for 59 years. From the very beginning, Mikyle was incredibly supportive and took the time to explain the process clearly and patiently to our parents, which gave them great reassurance throughout. The sales team, especially Danielle, Sofia and Izzy, took the time to get to know the property and were always prompt with feedback. They were consistently helpful, professional and considerate when arranging viewing appointments, making what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Once the property was sold, Andrew became our main point of contact. He kept us regularly updated and went above and beyond to resolve issues when the progress of the sale appeared to be stalling.
