We completed the sale and purchase of a property on behalf of our parents today, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mikyle, Andrew and the entire team at Jones Robinson in Devizes. This was a particularly difficult and emotional move for our parents, who had lived in their home for 59 years. From the very beginning, Mikyle was incredibly supportive and took the time to explain the process clearly and patiently to our parents, which gave them great reassurance throughout. The sales team, especially Danielle, Sofia and Izzy, took the time to get to know the property and were always prompt with feedback. They were consistently helpful, professional and considerate when arranging viewing appointments, making what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Once the property was sold, Andrew became our main point of contact. He kept us regularly updated and went above and beyond to resolve issues when the progress of the sale appeared to be stalling. His persistence, communication and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We cannot recommend Mikyle, Andrew and the team at Jones Robinson highly enough. Their professionalism, compassion and commitment made a very stressful and emotional time considerably easier for our whole family. My first impression's of Jones Robinson was when I first met Andrew Freegaurd for a valuation on my late fathers home. He was prompt, professional and honest. I had other Estate agents for valuations but felt strongly that Andrew was the one for me. Once on the market I was updated on the amount of views, and how well each one went. Although it had taken a while to sell for various reasons I felt that at all times I was in the know. I can honestly say that I can trust Jones Robinson estate agents and they will be my first agent to call on if needed in the future.

We decided to try Jones Robinson after being really disappointed with a well regarded local independent agent. Phil turned up to tell me what they would do differently to other estate agents. I was duly convinced and we instructed them to sell our rather niche property. They've been brilliant. Everything he said they would do, they did. They do not just stick it on Right Move and hope for the best like everyone else does. They cross-sell, they ring their database, they chase up leads, they match people up in all different ways. We had seven viewings in a week and sold for £5k over asking price. No mean feat in this awkward market. When the sale was progressing, Paul looked after me. He kept in weekly contact with the buyer, building a rapport with them so they were far less likely to pull out. Every time I phoned the office, the front of house team were always really helpful, upbeat and friendly. Unlike the other agent, they didn't try to fob me off, even if they were busy. Everything was really thorough and handled very professionally. There was a delay on completion day and the staff at Jones Robinson were ringing up and down the chain to find out the reason for the delay. This is invaluable as the Solicitors cannot speak to the whole chain but a good estate agent can and will. I never felt like I needed to chase them up on anything; they were on top of everything all the time, offering advice and guidance. They are more expensive than other agents but why waste time on a cheap agent who won't sell your house if it's at all unusual? You only pay if they sell the house so what have you got to lose? I've recommended Jones Robinson to everyone I know.

Jones Robinson has been an amazing estate agent to work with from start to finish. From the beginning Raf was amazing when he came to value our property, ensuring he met our expectations but also advised on realistic expectations for the price point. Him and the team at jones Robinson went above and beyond and managed to sell our property within 6 weeks. In regard to finding us properties to view, they were quick to get us in to view them and the properties we did see met our criteria, Archie, Calum and Seb were always so polite on the phone and were easily contactable for any queries we had or any viewings we went on! Very friendly and always asked how my day had been! Holly! What can I say, having a sales progressor within the team is next level service and she is the woman to fight your corner and back you! When we had issues with solicitors that weren’t ours, she went above and beyond to chase and try and resolve the issue herself, even though this was not normally something she would have to do but is so passionate about her job! She managed to get our sale over the line and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her every day to keep me sane! The company are lucky to have her and she deserves a medal! That being said we could not have done it without the lovely dawn either who would always fill in for Holly when she was not in. The whole team would always get back to us within an hour or so, and would always check in to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend selling your house with jones Robinson and would choose them again and again! The best bit, if someone wasn’t available someone else within the team would step up to ensure our query was answered!
