Me and my wife were looking for a house and registered with most of the estate agents in Didcot. What really stood out for us was Church Robinson, and especially Calum Sykes. Calum was always polite, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and kept us informed whenever a new property came onto the market. Although other agents would simply send generic emails, Calum made sure to personally contact us as soon as there was a new house on the market that suited our requirements. He also helped us understand what to expect when buying a house, which made the whole process much less daunting. Jones Robinson has been an amazing estate agent to work with from start to finish. From the beginning Raf was amazing when he came to value our property, ensuring he met our expectations but also advised on realistic expectations for the price point. Him and the team at jones Robinson went above and beyond and managed to sell our property within 6 weeks. In regard to finding us properties to view, they were quick to get us in to view them and the properties we did see met our criteria, Archie, Calum and Seb were always so polite on the phone and were easily contactable for any queries we had or any viewings we went on! Very friendly and always asked how my day had been! Holly! What can I say, having a sales progressor within the team is next level service and she is the woman to fight your corner and back you! When we had issues with solicitors that weren’t ours, she went above and beyond to chase and try and resolve the issue herself, even though this was not normally something she would have to do but is so passionate about her job! She managed to get our sale over the line and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her every day to keep me sane! The company are lucky to have her and she deserves a medal! That being said we could not have done it without the lovely dawn either who would always fill in for Holly when she was not in. The whole team would always get back to us within an hour or so, and would always check in to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend selling your house with jones Robinson and would choose them again and again! The best bit, if someone wasn’t available someone else within the team would step up to ensure our query was answered! I highly recommend Jones Robinson if you are thinking of selling your home in Wantage, with a particular call out for Raffaele Ulmini. We met Raff back in late January when we were considering listing 2 properties. We were so impressed by Raff's research and approach to tackling the challenge of selling two properties next door to each other, that we didn't even consider getting alternative agent valuations. And we were right to trust in Raff, he priced our houses fairly but sensibly for the market at the time, and we were very pleased to accept an asking price offer within a week of listing, swiftly followed by the other house selling 2 works later. Both our houses sold incredibly fast, which meant we were able to secure our dream house which we exchanged on yesterday! Massive thanks to Raff, highly recommend! I also wanted to especially thanks Holly Woods who supported us through the stressful period between accepting offer and exchange. We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Church Robinson for both our sale and purchase. Raffaele, Dawn, Gary and the rest were simply amazing. Our house sold incredibly quickly, and we were thrilled. Unexpectedly we lost our buyer just before exchanging contracts, Raf was positive, reassuring and wasted no time.
