GoogleAfter being let down by a supposedly larger and more popular local estate agents, I spoke to Gary Church and thought I'd give Church Robinson Didcot a try. Raf and various other staff were extremely pro-active and within two weeks or so we had serious buyers attending viewings and shortly afterwards, we agreed a sale! Happy Days!!!

GoogleWe bought our house through Church Robinson and the service we received from them was outstanding, We were so impressed from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to others. We viewed the property with Nat who was a breath of fresh air - She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we were looking for from the first time she met us. We overran our allotted viewing time she never made us feel hurried along. Gary and his team supported us throughout and kept us informed at every stage of the sale process. They regularly and professionally chased the other parties within the chain on our behalf, and answered any queries we had very quickly and in detail. GoogleWe currently have our home on the market with Church Robinson (Didcot) and as a first time seller I was dreading having to go through this whole process after hearing all the nightmare stories from others who have sold in our area recently (please note - none of these stories involved Church Robinson - this was one of the reasons we chose this team). So far James, Archie, and the whole Church Robinson team have been amazing. Everyone is proactive, friendly and professional. We've been on the market for 4 weeks and we are getting plenty of viewings. We are hopeful that we will be in receipt of an offer soon. I will update this review at the end of our process, but I have to say, so far so good team! Thank you all for making this process easy (so far) 😊

GoogleWhile Raffaele from the team was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, my overall experience with Church Robinson did not live up to it. I did not appreciate being told my offer was accepted, congratulations and all one day and being told the opposite the next day. I also received two different explanations, after requesting one. Although I can accept my situation and circumstances leading to it were exceptional, I'd argue you should wait until you are 100% sure before conveying an offer has been accepted, even verbally. My disappointment was on a par with the level of investment I was willing to make to purchase my dream home, hence this review...
We understand your disappointment that your offer was later rejected. Unfortunately we, like all agents, are at the mercy of current legislation and have to take instructions from our sellers if they have a change of heart following receipt of a later offer from another party. Gary Church has advised that he confirmed the circumstances to you in writing following your conversations with the team in the office. We hope we can find you an alternative property soon.
