We had been looking for a property for the last 6 months and had a couple of sales fall through. We were beginning to lose hope when we contacted Church Robinson. Jade was extremely friendly and helpful; discussing our criteria with us, then regularly sending through properties that matched what we were looking for and calling us promptly to make sure we didn't miss out on any viewing opportunities. On arriving at the property we ended up offering on Jade continued to be friendly, showing us around and providing relevant information without being imposing. She also gave us plenty of space to view in our time, making us feel comfortable and able to take in more of the property. She was well organised and provided us with a sheet of instructions which made the offer process smoother and easy to follow. Church Robinson found a buyer for us when we weren’t looking. When we found a property to purchase we hoped for a swift completion. This was not meant to be. We could get no updates and communications from solicitors on any progress and as the days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months step up Dawn. What a star she has been. Truly recommend Church Robinson if you are buying or selling in Didcot and surrounding areas. Jade was welcoming and friendly but not imposing and took care for COVID safety, ensuring we work masks, removed shoes and wore gloves to protect both ourselves and the owners of the house. Before we looked at the property she told us all the commonly asked information such as age of boiler etc, which was a refreshing change and came across very professional. We have viewings with other estate agents who said they would only answer our questions if we were serious and going to put an offer in! In addition, the process of making an offer and providing all correct documentation was made easy as we were provided us with a list of what to do in the instance we would like to make an offer. From that point onwards we had a good experience, with Vanessa keeping in touch with us and all the solicitors to ensure that things were moving along. This is our first time going through with a tenancy with Church Robinson and our experience with Marta and Vanessa has been absolutely fantastic! We first met Marta when she showed us round the property; she was very knowledgeable, gave us great advice and insight into the local area. The next day we received a phone call from Marta with the good news of being accepted for the tenancy. She was so genuinely excited for us and was always available to help us out with any queries we had after our phone call - we felt very looked after! We recently had our boiler break and Warren got a contractor out to us very quickly. The contractor was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had some kind of hot water while waiting for a replacement boiler especially as the immersion heater was also broken. Warren was relatively easy to get a hold of and helped us turn on the immersion heater (although as I said it also turned out to be broken.) He made sure to follow up on progress.
