Jones Robinson Didcot reviews

I recently purchased a property from Church Robinson in Didcot and was very pleased with their services. Church Robinson in Didcot has a lovely personal touch compared to other estate agents. Cath at reception was very considerate when booking my appointments (taking into account we had to come from a distance and making sure we didn't have a massive gap in viewings). Cherry and Nat were both great at our house viewings, highlighting key positives from each property. I liked their selling style as it didn't feel pushy (although of course when you know something is a big negative for you- like the lack of parking space- you still have to make your own judgement as they won't come out and say it is a disadvantage). George who dealt with my offer was prompt in communicating matters to the vendors so all in all it has been great to use their services. Would recommend and would use again in future if needed.

We've been fortunate enough now to buy and sell through Church Robinson, and both times the service has been swift and friendly. Despite a few hiccups with our sale, Gary, Courtney and the team kept us informed and put a huge amount of effort into getting us sold during a really busy period. Special thanks to Dawn for all of the explaining and hand-holding us through the sale process! Would strongly recommend Church Robinson.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I decided to use Church Robinson to rent out my flat after hearing good reviews from friends of mine, and having a great experience with them personally when buying previously. As a first time landlord, I had no idea what to expect, but Faisal Liz and the team were patient, professional and very reassuring. Within a few days of my flat being posted online, I received 3 offers. So far, the service has been excellent!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I can't thank enough to extremely kind Church Robinson team especially Dawn, Gary, Courtney and Jo. (I suppose other members are great too, just I didn't have much contact with them:) ) Thanks to their professionalism, very stressful process of selling a house under the COVID situation passed successfully and greatly alleviated. I highly recommend this agency, and I would always and exclusively use their services. Cheers, and if you are selling a house, use Church Robinson - if anyone will sell, they will sell !

I sold my house last year through Church Robinson. Everyone in the team was fantastic and helpful. The sales team got lots of people through the door quickly, and then following the sale itself, I worked particularly closely with Dawn and Jo who did everything they could to make the transaction go through as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend Gary and his team for the whole process.

Very positive experience with Church Robinson, house sold quickly and Jade has been a star throughout. Really impressed by how Jade conducted the viewings, she is invested in making sure potential Buyers see all the little things that make your home unique and special. In addition Courtney has been instrumental in helping everything come together and did a fantastic job of explaining the process of selling to two 1st time sellers.

Church Robinson really care. We sadly missed out on the first property we offered for with them but they were so helpful and went out of their way to find us the perfect place in the end. We could not fault them for their communication, reassurance and personal touch throughout the house hunting process (thanks in particular Phoebe, Jade, Raffaele and Charleigh). Much appreciated as first time buyers!

Absolutely fatastic team at Church Robinson helping us sell, and really driving the chain to ensure we could complete before the deadline. Gary's team worked very hard and successfully secured an offer within 4 days following 12 viewings. The work Dawn then did in chasing and driving the sale through was outstanding - whatever Gary is paying her it is not enough! Thanks to you all for all your help.

Church Robinson has been helpful throughout the property buying process. The process was a bit challenging due to some issues outside their control. However Dawn was proactive and communicative to ensure the process went ahead as planned. Thanks to Church Robinson, especially to Dawn, Raffaele, and Jo for being helpful and responsive during and after the buying process.

Gary & his Team ( a special mention for Dawn) were excellent. We were purchasing in a new county & from exchange to completion the service we were given was second to none ( we have moved sold & purchased many times before). We have no intention in moving as we love our new village but without doubt we would recommend Church Robinson to anyone needing an agent .
