We had such a positive experience with Jones Robinson. Every member of the team we interacted with were so polite, knowledgeable, helpful & positive. This was an emotional sale due to a bereavement & especially Toby, Deborah, Lily & Sammy took the extra time & care to help us through the process. From the stunning photos, drone shots, video & write up about the house to everyone we spoke to was of a very high standard. My first impression's of Jones Robinson was when I first met Andrew Freegaurd for a valuation on my late fathers home. He was prompt, professional and honest. I had other Estate agents for valuations but felt strongly that Andrew was the one for me. Once on the market I was updated on the amount of views, and how well each one went. Although it had taken a while to sell for various reasons I felt that at all times I was in the know. I can honestly say that I can trust Jones Robinson estate agents and they will be my first agent to call on if needed in the future.
