We recently bought our house through Jones Robinson and they were excellent. The whole team were friendly, helpful and made the whole process much less stressful. We mostly dealt with Toyah who is nothing short of an angel. She kept us constantly updated, chased solicitors, and answered all of our questions, helping us understand the process. Her knowledge, patience and compassion gave us so much confidence in the process. I cannot recommend Jones Robinson and Toyah enough.

What can we say about Toyah at Jones robinson? Well there's a reason most houses with their sale boards are marked as sold. Toyah was there from our first viewing and sold it to us there and then. 6 months later after a rocky sale on our end, Toyah remained the one positive part of the whole process. She put us first at every stage, keeping us informed and basically made sure we secured the house we so desperately wanted. The team at Jones Robinson Lambourn are second to none! From the first phone call I placed to book my viewing I was greeted with such warmth it was amazing. I had a viewing with Kay who was extremely friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the house and handled all of my questions with complete ease. She provided additional guidance and information on the area which proved to be invaluable. After my viewing I placed an offer. During the offer process Kay kept me informed with what was happening. This again was so valuable as helped me to manage expectations my side with my buyers. Once I had my offer accepted I was then connect with Toyah to work on progressing the sale as quickly as possible. Toyah is incredible. Highly organised, driven and always follows through with promises. Having her on my side to help me chase the solicitors etc. was beyond an invaluable. Finally, I also spoke to Jo on a number of occasions who was 10/10. Clear, concise and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better. The whole team clearly work so hard and so well together as no matter who I ended up speaking to they were aware of my transaction and what needed to be done. I worked with estate agents for years and have never come across a team so hard working and so collaborative whilst maintaining friendly, calm and professional attitudes!

My son has just bought his first house, which was being sold through Jones Robinson in Lambourn. I have to say, from the moment my son viewed the house, all the way up to today when the exchange happened, the service we have had from all of the staff in the Lambourn office has been absolutely fantastic! In particular, we want to give a big shout out to Toyah, who had her finger on the pulse from the get-go. Her attention to detail has been phenomenal. In addition, we have so appreciated the weekly telephone updates, even when there was nothing to update us on! It was just so heartening to hear from her so regularly and her attention helped us to feel that we were really important to her as clients. If only other organisations had this degree of interest in their customers! This is my son's first purchase and our first experience of buying property through the English system. We, as his parents, have only bought via the Scottish system in the past. There are many differences in the two systems! However, Toyah and her colleagues were extremely supportive and were happy to answer our questions at every step of the purchase. We are plumbing and heating contractors that have worked with Houseman for the last couple of years. We’ve found them to be very organised and honest letting agents, always striving to do the right thing by their contractors, landlords and tenants.
