The Trusted AgentExcellent people to work with
I have sold my property through Jones Robinson and everything I want to say is a big thank you to Paul Evans and Caroline Maddock. Both did an excellent job from the beginning till the end, very pleasant people to deal with. Caroline was always present during the whole process of the sale, giving the support I needed and chasing up solicitors when necessary and sometimes would even cheer up my days with her jolly mood. I would recommend Jones Robinson to anyone who thinking in sell their property.

The Trusted AgentVery happy outcome
Buying or selling property is, at the best of times, frustrating and stressful! Caroline Maddock has been so very helpful, cheerful and a joy to work with and I should like to thank her for her help. It does matter that there is somebody there to look after you and make you feel important. Thank you again.

The Trusted Agentthank you
It's been 1 month since Jones Robinson, Newbury, Paul, Paula, and Karen, found me my forever home. I am delighted with my home and the agency helped steer through negotiations with professionalism & friendliness. Always responsive, never adding to the drama, as the process of selling and buying is never easy. They steered through the tricky stages and I really couldn't be more grateful.

The Trusted AgentOnly interested in taking your money
Went through the referencing process, left the deposit, first month rent, signed the agreement - only to find out that the landlord cannot sing the contract because they don't have their paperwork ready. Now they don't respond to my emails or phone calls.
Utterly unprofessional.

The Trusted AgentA Different Level
My experience of marketing our property and securing a great offer with Paul Hodgson at Jones Robinson, Newbury, in a very difficult time for us has been amazing. I cannot praise the level of professionalism, knowledge and compassion enough. There was always someone knowledgable on the end of the phone, and no answerphone messages blaming Covid - I only wish the agents I was trying to view properties with had been the same! I will use Jones Robinson again without hesitation and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
