GoogleJones Robinson/Martin Walker has just sold my mothers bungalow. I have been very impressed from start to finish by Andrew, Mikyle and team. It didn’t matter if we spoke on the phone or by email, nothing was too much trouble and they always gave good sound advice. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend the Jones Robinson team at the Marlborough office. From my first visit to the office where I met Michael Simpson, to the market appraisal he carred out at my home, I felt I was in safe hands. Michael was friendly, polite and extremely professional and offered plenty of help and useful advice. He made it clear hat he was available at any time if I had further questions and was quick to respond to calls/emails. In the event we did not proceed with the sale but I would have no hesitation in recommending Jones Robinson to anyone else and would certainly use them myself in the future should the need arise.

The whole team have been fantastic throughout and have kept us up to date at all times, whilst being friendly and professional. GoogleMark, Nick, Emma and the rest of the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did a brilliant job in selling our house. All emails/phone calls were answered same day, they kept us in the loop, suggested a great solicitor who also very efficiently dealt with the sale. Mark's knowledge of his clients was invaluable and as a result our house sold on the 4th viewing! I know there is an element of luck in that, but if he didn't put 2 &2 together the way he did, I'm convinced we would still be waiting for a sale and we needed to sell quickly. They were honest in their appraisal and market knowledge and listened to our needs and suggestions. All in all it was a great experience. Would thoroughly recommend.
